Qualities / Executions

We supply in different quality levels and packing:

GENUINE

New parts as supplied from the vehicle or Drivetrain Manufacturer in the packing provided by them – this can be neutral as well. Our part numbers start with prefix “G”. Labels are generally the genuine ones (if the parts is supplied with a label) and/or additionally with a neutral or Autoline label. Neutral packing and labelling is available on demand – charges may apply.

OEM

New parts as supplied by the first equipment supplier to the vehicle or drivetrain manufacturer. The packing might be the one of the OE-supplier or neutral. Here we like to point out that OE products are not allowed to be marketed as genuine parts. The products are coming from an OE-supplier, but may have been produced from different tools. We supply all these items without any genuine logo or mark. Our part numbers start with prefix “O”. Labels are neutral or Autoline.

REPLACEMENT / AFTERMARKET

New parts as supplied from various manufacturers around the world. Packing will be like supplied from them or neutral. We take much care to choose these suppliers carefully in order to secure a high quality level even for these after market products. Our part numbers start with prefix “R”. Labels are as supplied, neutral, Betaline or Autoline. Products which are coming from sources which are normally known as “cheap quality” producers will be marked by the prefix “X” instead of “R” in our part number. We still try to keep a certain quality level with these products, too, but we have no influence on the production of these suppliers. Therefore all “X” items are sold with no or reduced warranty only.

RECONDITIONED / REBUILD / REMANUFACTURED

We divide into two categories here.

First will be the product which was remanufactured by the Vehicle or Drivetrain Manufacturer – in our catalogues it would be called “factory-rebuild”.

Second would be the product which was remanufactured by an independent workshop. These we will call “non-factory-rebuild”.

In many instances a core exchange has to take place before or after the rebuild is done. Please refer to our special conditions and warranty rules here. Our part numbers end with suffix “RB”. Packing as appropriate, labels are neutral.

WE LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT WE ARE NOT SELLING REBUILD TRANSMISSIONS AND ONLY A FEW CONVERTERS AND VALVE BODIES/MECHATRONICS, BECAUSE WE WOULD NOT LIKE TO COMPETE WITH OUR CLIENTS.

USED

These parts are mainly recovered from fairly new (low mileage) or surplus units. The parts are inspected by our strategic partners “centerparts.de GmbH” and will be sold only if they found them in working conditions or suitable for parts recovery. Neither we nor they do have any means to test them in action. Therefore the prices are very special and competitive, but all used parts are always sold without warranty. The suffix in our part numbers describes the state of the product.

- TO = taken out from a new transmission – has never been used before

- U1 = used part – shows no or minor signs of usage

- U2 = used part – with significant signs of usage - might need some work.

- U3 = used part – shows major signs of usage or has damages - for parts recovery only

Core

We sometimes obtain core-transmissions or other products. These are sold as they are – without any warranty. Core is sold only for spare parts recovery. We do not sell them as products in running condition. Our part numbers end with suffix “CO”. Packing as appropriate, labels are neutral. Probably a visit to us prior to purchase is a good recommendation,

Customers can give us a “search-” or “wish-list” for cores and when we find them we will offer.
